Het managementteam heeft de overgang in de afgelopen zes maanden opmerkelijk goed doorstaan. De tijd is gekomen om de advertentieafdeling te versterken om klaar te zijn voor 2022 dat een spannend jaar belooft te worden.\u2019 Sophie en Thierry zijn twee geweldige professionals die elkaar perfect aanvullen en met onze 4 afdelingshoofden, Sibylle de Meeus, Natalia Sanchez, Caroline Bossaert en Pascaline Goffin hebben we een sterk team. Michel Mabille, Directeur Innovaties van de Group, zal zijn expertise inzetten voor de strategie van de advertentieafdeling.\u2019 <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De loopbaan van Sophie Vanderwinkel <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na haar master aan de Universiteit van Louvain la Neuve gaat Sophie aan de slag bij Sanoma waar ze 20 jaar werkt, van 1998 tot 2018. <br>Bij Sanoma krijgt Sophie de kans om alle belangrijke taken van een advertentieafdeling te ontdekken: van marketing tot verkoop, strategie, teambeheer en rapportering. <br>Van 2013 tot 2018 is Sophie Sales and Marketing Director B2B2C bij Sanoma. <br>Na de overname van de tijdschriftenactiviteiten van Sanoma door Roularta neemt Sophie de leiding over het mediabureau Mediaplus op zich. <br>In 2020 stapt Sophie over naar de wereld van digitale start-ups als Chief Sales &amp; Marketing Officer bij CIKISI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De loopbaan van Thierry Hottat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thierry heeft ook een indrukwekkende loopbaan. Na zijn studies aan het ICHEC en IESN, begint hij in 1989 bij het mediabureau Young &amp; Rubicam en daarna L\u00e9o Burnett in mediaplanning en campagnebeheer. Vervolgens stapt hij over naar het mediabureau Eurospace\/Space om op de redactie van Sanoma terecht te komen waar hij tussen 1999 en 2008 opklimt tot verantwoordelijke voor nieuwe media.
