We spraken met hem om meer te weten te komen over de sterke punten van de website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maar eerst: <strong>Wat bedoelen we met digitale marketing?<\/strong> <em>\u2018Alle kanalen die verkeer en ge\u00efnteresseerde bezoekers naar een website brengen met als doel \u201cleads\u201d te genereren,\u2019<\/em> legt Stephane uit. In het geval van Logic-Immo.be gaat het bijvoorbeeld om het optimaliseren van <strong>betaalde zoekopdrachten op Google<\/strong> door de werkelijke bedoeling van de gebruiker zo goed mogelijk vast te leggen. De <strong>betaalde berichten op Facebook<\/strong> maken ook deel uit van het digitale arsenaal dat Logic-Immo.be gebruikt. <em>\u2018Een voorbeeld: we maximaliseren de mogelijkheden van doelgroeptargeting om internetgebruikers te bereiken die verhuizen of op zoek zijn naar woonruimte en voor wie een bezoek aan de website nuttig is.&nbsp;\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephane heeft op een subtiele manier belangrijk strategisch werk verricht: het gebruik van intelligente technologie\u00ebn om nuttige gegevens te genereren, de befaamde \u2018data\u2019. Een voorbeeld? <em>\u2018Leg de criteria van de internetgebruiker vast en doe hem of haar op de website relevante aanbevelingen inzake vastgoed.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nog een voorbeeld van het gebruik van data: <strong>de \u2018Smartbox\u2019.<\/strong> <em>\u2018We hebben tijd besteed aan het verbeteren van dit product dat bestaat uit een venster met de titel \u2018Vastgoed voor u\u2019 op de mediasites van IPM, namelijk Lalibre.be, Ladh.be, Lavenir.net en ParisMatch.be. Wij <strong>bieden makelaars een enorme garantie op zichtbaarheid.<\/strong> Alles bij elkaar bieden wij een ultramodern platform met zeer geavanceerde tools en een zeer goede doelgroep. <strong>Alleen een persgroep is tot zulke prestaties in staat.&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sterker nog: <strong>deze \u2018Smartbox\u2019 biedt landelijke dekking<\/strong> dankzij een samenwerking in Vlaanderen met Pebble Media waardoor vastgoedadvertenties op de websites van Een, Sporza, Studio Brussel, Radio 1, Radio 2, \u2026 kunnen verschijnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2018We hebben maandenlang heel nauw samengewerkt. Het was een geweldig avontuur,\u2019<\/em> vertrouwt Stephane ons toe. Nu zorgt hij ervoor dat alle medewerkers van Logic-Immo.be de logica van digitale marketing begrijpen en dat ze op \u00e9\u00e9n lijn zitten met deze strategie. Het uiteindelijke doel?
