Dat heeft binnen de groep tot een transfer geleid. Thierry Remacle verlaat immers zijn functie van adjunct-hoofdredacteur bij La Derni\u00e8re Heure\/Les Sports en wordt <strong>hoofdredacteur<\/strong> bij L&#8217;Avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Wij verwelkomen Thierry Remacle op de redactie van L\u2019Avenir\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KJRALhE-OMI?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Ik denk dat ik op het juiste moment gekomen ben, met het juiste project en het juiste profiel\u201d<\/em>, becommentarieert de nieuwe hoofdredacteur deze kleine \u2018transfer\u2019 die er kwam na een oproep tot kandidaten. Dankzij het welgevulde en gevarieerde traject dat hij tot hiertoe aflegde, eerst als lokaal en dan als nationaal journalist, met een voet in de sportwereld, in combinatie met zijn managementervaring, is hij de geknipte man voor de functie en past hij goed bij het DNA van L\u2019Avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na zijn studies Journalistiek gaat de Namenaar eerst in eigen stad aan de slag, als correspondent bij <strong>Le Soir en La Meuse<\/strong>. In 2000 wordt hij als werknemer aangenomen en werkt hij bij meerdere redacties van <strong>Sudpresse<\/strong>. Als redactiemanager en later als adjunct-hoofdredacteur doet hij enige ervaring op met het leiden van een team. In 2015 is hij de drijvende kracht achter de fusie van de sportdiensten van Le Soir en Sudpresse, waaruit <strong>Rossel Sports<\/strong> zal ontstaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2017 wordt hij aangetrokken door <strong>La Derni\u00e8re Heure<\/strong>; hij wordt adjunct-hoofdredacteur van het blad met een specialisatie in het juridische domein. En nu, vier jaar later, wacht deze 45-jarige man uit Namen een nieuwe uitdaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinds hij onlangs zijn project voorstelde aan de redactieraad van L\u2019Avenir, merkt Thierry Remacle heel veel <strong>enthousiasme en positieve energie<\/strong> in de teams: \u201c<em>dankzij de overname door IPM kan iedereen de blik op de toekomst richten; ik ben er om vertrouwen te geven en constructieve projecten te ontwikkelen<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als regionaal dagblad dat kwaliteitsinformatie brengt, heeft L\u2019Avenir een leidende positie in de provincies Namen en Luxemburg. Zijn opdracht bestaat erin zowel lezers als adverteerders een sterk lokaal verankerde krant aan te bieden, via <strong>negen regionale edities en een tiende digitale editie voor Walloni\u00eb<\/strong>, dit alles met een open blik op de wereld en de nationale actualiteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cL\u2019Avenir is een kwaliteitskrant die dicht bij de mensen staat, met een bijzonder trouw lezerspubliek, wat blijkt uit de hoge <strong>abonnementsgraad van meer dan<\/strong><strong> 90%<\/strong>. Dat wil zeggen dat de lezers heel tevreden zijn over het bestaande aanbod. Maar er is enorm veel marge voor vooruitgang op het internet: onze rol zal erin bestaan daar <strong>nieuwe lezersgemeenschappen<\/strong> aan te boren.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uiteraard blijven wij de evolutie van dit dagblad \u2013 dat meer dan 495.000 lezers bereikt in een opmerkelijk evenwichtige man-vrouwverhouding (49-51%) \u2013 op de voet volgen.
